About Me

Welcome to Pencil and Lace!

My name is Sarah Croaker, I am 24 years old, and call Tucson, Arizona my home.

  I am firstly a follower of Christ. My faith and my relationship with the Creator is my number one passion and priority in my life. From it, everything flows outward in my life. My greatest desire in life is to make His name known and to help expand His Kingdom with the gifts and talents that He has given me. He is constantly growing me and drawing me into His heart and His plans for my life, and I am eternally thankful.

 Art and creativity is my life. Anything from sketching, painting, making jewelry, putting together cards, knitting, or just being crafty in general, brings me life. Any way that I can be creative, I love to do it. My desire is to see art be combined with missions to advance the Kingdom. Art speaks to the heart, and there are no language barriers. It is my passion to continue stepping into my artistic talent and glorify God in it.

              

          

Another passion in my life is travel. I have spent a year traveling around the world doing missions work with and organization called The World Race, which you can read about my travels here. I traveled to eleven different countries in eleven months, and I have loved every minute of it. God moved in mighty ways, and I loved being able to serve in each country. I plan on continuing missions overseas throughout my life. 

God has blessed me with life, and I find beauty in the small, simple things. Christmas, flowers, having a good cup of tea, drawing, eating spicy food, cooking, being outside in the sun, and just soaking in goodness of life.
